Returning Bring it back phone
I reached the end of my 2 year bring it back (BIB) agreement and was not pleased with the Telus renewal options so I switched to Bell. I tried to return my phone to a store before the agreement expir...
As far as I am concerned Telus, both the stores and your online support, are stalling and unwilling to accept the return of this phone. I will not be paying the buyout charge of $450 plus $20 extra coverage, which is due tomorrow December 11. I have wasted so much time and frustration and expect this to be resolved today.
