Problem two step verification
Is anyone else having issues with the new two step verification process? It won't let me log in and no email with code ever shows up . Can't use support with out logging into the account I can't access. Way to go Telus with new and improved features...lol

Finally got through to telus support, they reset my account but still have the same problem, asks for code and no emails, checked spam accounts, nothing. If I use the website to access the my telus account and have them send a link ( same email) to access instead of signing in normally, it lets me sign in with out code. Then I can see features and pay my bill which is the main reason I need access. But it's a crappy bunch of code in the app programming I think. But.. typical telus.

Did you check your spam/junk folders? And did the email end up arriving?

I have received two step verification a day later. Try to have it sent to text, that seems to arrive instant.

Btw I know the email works because I had to use it to create this account lol
