An automatic notification should be received 5 days prior to the balance expiry date or add-on expiry date, for prepaid plans.
- Hello T-speed! This is very comforting to know! I will be relying on this. It seems there is also a texted warning, when the add-on data used, gets to 75%. (Also much appreciated!)
