No service on pre-paid plans - 2 accounts

Hello, we have two pre-paid plans with Telus, both are on the $100/year prepaid plans.  Both lines are down all of a sudden. We can not make or receive calls.  We have tried rebooting the devices and still nothing. Calls from others go to voicemail. Can someone please look into these accounts and tell us what is going on?  TELUS_Support
