Pay Off Bring It Back Balance Early
I want to pay off the existing Bring It Back Balance early so that I can downgrade the current cellular plan to something cheaper and in line with my current usage. There is no help documentation for this scenario online - or at least I can't find it - and there doesn't seem to be any option to do this online in My Telus. Does anyone have advice on how to accomplish this without going into a store or waiting online for Telus "help"? Thanks.
