Never received call back

I was promised a call back within 24-48 hours and never received one. I then contacted Telus and was told the supervisors/managers are busy and it will be another 24-48 hours, and still no call back. It has been more than a week now that I have been waiting. Am I supposed to keep calling in and hearing 24-48 hours without anyone actually fulfilling that commitment?

  • I've had a similar experience with TELUS in the past. They "say" a manager is going to call back, but it never happens. They just say that to keep you happy, but in reality, they don't care. Canada needs to wake up and realize, these greedy companies don't care about their customers, it's all about money and broken promises and more customers need to start calling them out on all this.

  • It has now been a month, no call back but I have received 2 additional promises for a call back since the first time and still nothing. Crazy thing is they have called me multiple times in the SAME DAY asking if I'd like to add more lines or more services even after I've told them to stop calling me and one of the reps even said they'll take my name off the "list" whatever that means. Exceptionally terrible service as usual!
