MYTelus online

They are eager for us to use MyTelus but do not always provide the options we need.

Recently I have decided to scale back my plan.   Although the plan I wanted to was not an available option on MyTelus. (Only plans that would cost more were available)

I proceeded to call telus loyalty and after 2 transfers (only about 15 minutes) I got my plan switched to what I wanted.  

They did acknowledge it was not something I could do online and charged and credited me the $15.   I still got 3 emails saying how awesome MyTelus is and I should do it online next time :)

MyTelus - Allow us to scale back online as well!!!
