MyTelus App not loading - stalls on white screen after first load
I’ve been trying to use the MyTelus app for days now and after it’s initial load where I can see my profile, a white screen will pop up and a green circle will try to load something but then stalls out. I’m on an iPhone 11 with iOS26.1.
I’ve reinstalled the app multiple times, restarted my phone, checked for updates, used different wifis and just my data but nothing has worked. I can login to my account through a web browser but it would MUCH nicer to use the app…

I have this same issue.(one of many) and looking for a solution. Iphone 16pro with iOS 18.6.2. New to Telus, but had an old account that was reactivated from years ago.
In addition, I have removed the app a half dozen times, and have been having the issue since I originally installed it 7 days ago.

I’m on an iPhone 15 iOS 18.7.1, and the app works fine. I wonder if the conflict is the newer iOS you are running, and the app needs updating.
What’s weird is I was just previously on that one, I only updated my phone 2 days ago because I thought that may have been the issue with the Telus app. I checked if the app needs to be updated and it doesn’t, so it’s very odd and frustrating !

Hi Syaceyko - are you able to log out and then log back in within the app?
Once the app does its initial load into my profile I am not able to log out because of the freezing. I have been logged out every time I uninstall the app and have re-logged in but the white page still pops up after I get into the app
