The automatic time zone on your iPhone is determined by both your device settings and local network information. In some regions like Fort St. John, the phone may detect the Mountain Daylight Time (Edmonton) zone instead of standard time.
Here are a few steps you can try:
- Go to Settings > General > Date & Time and toggle Set Automatically off and on again.
- Ensure Location Services are enabled under Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.
- Restart your device so it refreshes its network and time zone data.
