Unable to sign up for cheap plans
Why can't I switch to cheaper plans from my expensive, one, that seems like some pretty shady stuff from Telus and DEFINITELY not appreciated.
Very tempted to switch carriers because they're hiding the 5G standard, student, and Talk & Text plans from long time users who have more expensive plans already.
This has to be illegal somewhere.

Hey jwg2! Totally get where you're coming from it's super frustrating seeing a lower price online that you can't click on yourself. Self-serve often hides specific plans depending on your current contract or account setup. But if you need a hand changing your plan or finding a better deal, just reach out to us :)
