Unfortunately it is not that easy. Telus has to find suitable locations, with gaps in service and see if it's feasible to install towers or other equipment. There is an extensive review process and public input on selected areas where a proposed tower/equipment could be built. Sometimes the process takes years. If a location is finally chosen at all, after the process runs it's course.
