NHL Centre Ice
Tried subscribing to nhl centre ice as the pre-season is starting. It keeps giving me error messages. Tried calling and got nowhere. Same thing happened last year. Fix your system. It should not be this complicated.

Still no solution!!! I just want to watch the games. Not sure what to do!!!!

There was a system issue related to the new season started, but this should be resolved now and you should be able to order from your set-top box on channels 1101-1116. No need to call in.
I was able to subscribe Saturday morning by using the link https://order.fibre.telus.com/ The channels were unlocked instantly in the Telus TV app and on the website version. The new Android TV boxes were taking hours to unlock the channels. A restart of the boxes fixed this. Right now, trying to order Centre Ice through the boxes does not work (nor apparently does calling in). As you stated, the same situation occurred last year - you could not order through the boxes until the regular season started. Using the link above does work, I was able to watch the Dallas/St.Louis game.
I tried what you said and it gave me an error.
