Disappointed
About 2 weeks ago we received our TELUS SIM cards in order for us to switch from our present provider. Since then we have had numerous calls from Telus with regards to transferring over!! I am NOT racist by any means, the person that called us, I could NOT understand a word he was saying. His language was obviously from India!! He talked too fast and I eventually ended up just putting the phone down!! FRUSTRATED. This morning we drove to the TELUS store in Market Mall, Calgary only to be told, he was unable to help us, so we just gave up. In this age of computers I would have thought a simple log in to our account would have solved everything in order to switch our provider. NOT SO! We will stick to our present mobile provider. WHAT a ********** show to say the least.
