Bring It Back
I'm so annoyed at this program. I returned my phone 7 months ago and am now just getting charged $300. It's a very misleading program. Now I'm worried as I joined it again. Anyone else had issues?
Does your bill specifically state this charge for your previous phone that was on the BIB program? If so any specifics of note included on the bill stating the reason(s) why you are now being charged the $300? Was the phone returned in the condition stated in the Bring-it-Back FAQ's? Have you tried contacting Telus and inquiring about this matter?
