Bring it back

It seems my contract expired in October and my 30 days period to return the phone is over. Now I’m charged with 661$. I never received any message from Telus that I have only 30 days to return. I called customer service and they say I should have checked the service agreement. It’s two years contract and no one always check the agreement.
Telus should have sent a reminder. Now I have no option left other than trade in with them. They are offering less than 490$ for the phone. Too bad service

    I usually set a calendar reminder for such things, so I don’t get surprised.
