Bring it Back never credited my bill
Sent a phone back in September and still have no bill credit. Not sure why this keeps happening

Literally been having the same issue for well over a week (except they credited and then charged me the fee for not returning) - phone, chat, forum....they get to a certain point in messages and then it's silence. I'm just at the cancel all my business services and be done with it point.

To clarify, the Bring-It-Back program is different from a trade-in. With Bring-It-Back, you agree to return your device at the end of your term to receive a lower monthly cost during your contract. A credit isn’t provided when you return the device. A trade-in, on the other hand, gives you an immediate credit toward a new device or your bill. What credit are you expecting to receive from the Bring-it-Back program? However, if you attempted to do a trade-in with your Bring-It-Back device, that wouldn’t be eligible since the device doesn’t belong to you. Could you please clarify what you were trying to do?

To clarify, I am in the BIB program and was CHARGED $500+ after returning my device. I have also asked 8+ times how to just cancel all my lines and am purposely ignored so that I hit the date when return is no longer available, absolutely the worst service,

Please send us a private message with the bill on which the $500+ charge appeared so we can review it. If you would like to cancel your services, this must be done by calling in, as cancellations can only be processed over the phone.
