I am still getting calls with blocked numbers going to voice mail I find thisd annoying can telus fix or upo date systerm one a caller blocked from Bell home lines it says caller is not excepting calls from you thanks

You can always check out our handy (and free!) feature 'Call Control' which should stop a lot of these nuisance calls from getting through to you. Check it out at www.telus.com/callcontrol
so how does this work I tried to google this:

It's a free optional feature you can have added to your line that automatically screens robo-callers. If activated, anyone that calls the number will be first given a prompt to press a certain number to connect the call. This ensures the caller is a real person and not an automatic spam dialer.
