I am still getting calls with blocked numbers going to voice mail I find thisd annoying can telus fix or upo date systerm one a caller blocked from Bell home lines it says caller is not excepting cal...
so how does this work I tried to google this:

Community ManagerIt's a free optional feature you can have added to your line that automatically screens robo-callers. If activated, anyone that calls the number will be first given a prompt to press a certain number to connect the call. This ensures the caller is a real person and not an automatic spam dialer.
