Black Friday deals: can I order online or do I need to call?
I have an existing Telus Mobility plan with Telus. I'm seeing some Black Friday deals, if I order the Black Friday plan online, will it automatically cancel my existing Telus plan or do I end up with two mobility plans?
If it doesn't cancel my existing plan, it may looks like I need to phone an agent to get the Black Friday plan.

How can this be done online? I just hung up from one of your agents on the phone ( who said they were loyalty dept) and they told me I could only get the Black Friday deals if I was a new activation, and if I tried to update my plan I would be paying $20 more a month.

I have logged in… there are no promotions or offers displayed.
So does this mean I can’t change my plan? I am not locked into any agreement.

Great question! As long as you're completing the purchase or renewal through the provided link for the Black Friday deal, your existing TELUS plan will not be canceled. Instead, it will simply be updated with the new phone and plan details. You won’t end up with two separate mobility plans.
