Black Friday deals: can I order online or do I need to call?
I have an existing Telus Mobility plan with Telus. I'm seeing some Black Friday deals, if I order the Black Friday plan online, will it automatically cancel my existing Telus plan or do I end up with...
How can this be done online? I just hung up from one of your agents on the phone ( who said they were loyalty dept) and they told me I could only get the Black Friday deals if I was a new activation, and if I tried to update my plan I would be paying $20 more a month.

I have logged in… there are no promotions or offers displayed.
So does this mean I can’t change my plan? I am not locked into any agreement.
