Agent Named Rudy
Five stars for Telus agent, Rudy. The call was an hour. He was very helpful and did an outstanding job. Other agents I spoke to in the last few days were not great at all and even rude. It takes one very good agent to turn things around for customer service. Rudy is really what the others should aspire to.

Sites like this tend to only hear about the complaints so the impression of the level of service is skewed. Happy customers rarely bother to post anything. Kudos to Rudy.
