change name greeting in voicemail
i cant change my voicemail name greeting, it literally has no option to let me change it
i can change greetings but none of those are my name greeting

I feel your pain. I didn't add my name at initial set up and there is no option to update it.

We have the following instructions to change the voicemail name greeting, so you can give this a try:
- Dial 1 followed by your 10-digit phone number from your handset.
- Enter your password when prompted.
- Select option 3 for Greetings.
- Choose option 1 for Personal Greetings.
- Select option 3 to Record Greeting.
- Record your new greeting (up to 1 minute) and press the # key to end recording.
- Finally, press the # key to accept the new greeting.
