Business Phone
The business land lines stopped working (no dial tone) a couple days ago. I called the service for support and was put on hold for over an hour. When a human finally decided to answer the call, he listened for the account number and telephone number and said they did not exist. He proceeded to put me on hold without saying a word.
You have to give it to Telus for their excellent non-existent customer service.
I am still on hold.
