An error occurred while submitting the form

I am trying to open a technical support ticket for business Internet.  Each time I submit the request it fails reporting this message "An error occurred while submitting the form. Please try again later."

I have tried to call for support but the agents that I have talked with don't understand what I want and pass me to someone else (that doesn't understand).

How do I get support TELUS?
