An error occurred while submitting the form
I am trying to open a technical support ticket for business Internet. Each time I submit the request it fails reporting this message "An error occurred while submitting the form. Please try again later."
I have tried to call for support but the agents that I have talked with don't understand what I want and pass me to someone else (that doesn't understand).
How do I get support TELUS?

Like I mentioned, I am trying to open a technical support ticket for business Internet. In particular, provisioning a PTR (rDNS) record.

I tried again this morning, and I received the same failure message. When will the support ticketing system be fixed, and in the meantime, what other options are there other than calling-in a getting bounced from agent to agent?

I need to open a ticket to get a change made to my service which can only be done by TELUS. That URL does not provide a way to open a business support ticket.
