Telus home security

My front door lock with keypad no longer works. It is not the batteries. The lock sticks. I have tried to get assistance. I do not have time in my life to do a virtual call, plus I tried this was hung up on and no one called back. My kids are going to get locked out of the house in this freezing weather when they come home from school. I need a technician asap.
