Smart Home app not working
I cannot get my Smart Home app to display the security controls. It keeps giving me an error message saying that account is not connected, and directing me to link it at telus.com. According to that site, the account IS connected.
I have tried deleting and re-installing the app several times. I've shut down the phone after deleting the app in an attempt to clear whatever cookies or caches or whatever is left on it, then re-starting and re-installing the app.
The same thing happens every time.
I called tech support yesterday, and while I was on the phone with them the CSA got it to work on my phone somehow. However, after the call, the app timed out, and when I tried to log in again, I was right back to where I started with the same error message.
