Converting Telus Rewards limit
I am trying to convert my Rewards to Westjet points, but it is grayed out and it says I have 0 transfers left. I have transferred my points 3 times before, but I thought the counter would have reset by now, and I can't find any documentation that says there is a limit to transferring points. Does anyone have this issue, or know the amount of time before the counter resets to be able to transfer more points?

Update: I checked today and can now see the transfer your rewards option under Rewards Profile. My issue now is the same as the user who started this thread. Why is the transfer count at 0? I have over 27k points that I'd like to transfer to WestJet but the system won't let me.
Having the automatic 1,000 points per month transfer is of minimal benefit as I'll never get them all transfered over as I get over 1,000 points added each month through my Telus services subscriptions. All I need is a one-off transfer of the 25k points then I can let the automatic transfers happen thereafter.

Have you already done three transfers this year? There's actually a yearly limit of three point transfers per account, which is possibly why it's not allowing the transfer this time to occur.
I am having the same issue. I understand the automatic conversion and have turned that on, but I have over 25,000 existing points that I'd like to convert to WestJet as a one-off manual conversion but can't find a way to do this.

Have you tried the following steps:
Sign into the TELUS Rewards account.- Click on Rewards Profile, then select My Profile.
- Navigate to Transfer your TELUS Rewards points.
- Select the number of points to transfer (by increments of 25,000 points).
- Click Transfer points. A message appears on the screen to indicate the value of the points that will be removed from the TELUS Rewards account and the value of the points that will be added to the WestJet account.
- Click Confirm transfer. A confirmation is displayed indicating Rewards points are successfully transferred to the WestJet account, and the TELUS Rewards points balance is refreshed.
- Click Close.
I was able to do that previously when I had over 50,000+ TELUS points and manually transferred 25,000 to WestJet. There used to be an option to transfer points. However there is no option I can find now on TELUS Rewards -> My Profile to select Transfer. All I see is this:

Hey brianbush! Manual point transfers can be super annoying with these system limits. If you want to bypass the blocks entirely, you can actually turn on the automatic transfer option in your portal settings.
When that's enabled, your points will automatically roll over to your WestJet account in smaller increments of 1,000 points whenever you earn them, so you don't have to deal with the manual headache or worry about running into these blocks anymore.
