Converting Telus Rewards limit
I am trying to convert my Rewards to Westjet points, but it is grayed out and it says I have 0 transfers left. I have transferred my points 3 times before, but I thought the counter would have reset by now, and I can't find any documentation that says there is a limit to transferring points. Does anyone have this issue, or know the amount of time before the counter resets to be able to transfer more points?Telus Rewards to Westjet rewards
So I have been trying all day to discover how to transfer my Telus reward points to Westjet rewards points. I have read all the prior posts, I have had Google's AI try to spoon feed it to me, but in the end, there is no spot on my rewards page that allows me to transfer. I have gone rewards profile - my profile and the interwebs says that I should see a thing to transfer points. I have linked Westjet, in fact I unlinked and relinked it just to be sure. On the left is my name, currency selection and my total points On the right I have Telus account, Westjet account and that's it. I would love to transfer my points so I can try and book my wife and I a trip but this isn't working. Please help. Thank you!
TELUS Rewards Tier level is incorrect - how to fix?
I have 4 accounts | 7 services connected: Mobility (5 subscribers), Fibre Internet, Wi-Fi and Home Security, but when I enter to TELUS Rewards I see that I'm a Silver Tier only which includes only 1 Home Security account/service, despite the fact that all accounts are linked to my TELUS profile, visible, accessible, good standing, etc. So, the question is: how to fix it that all my services/accounts will be added to the same TELUS Rewards profile and it will be advanced to the Diamond Tier with all applicable attributes, rewards and points collection? Hi all, I am having trouble claiming the Oura ring offer. Although it states 50% off Oura ring, when I go to claim the offer, I am given $40 off, which is quite a big difference compared to 50%. I’ve been searching for over an hour for who to contact to find more information, but I keep coming up empty-handed. Any help is appreciated.
