I have tried contacting Telus 5 times now (3 times by phone, 2 times by chat) because I cannot use any Telus Rewards points or use any perks. Every time it gives me an error saying they do not have my email on file and to call them. No one is able to help me and they keep transferring me to someone else. The last person I talked to said they would have to send it up the chain and I should expect a call back within 24-72 hours. It's definitely been longer than that and no call. For a tech this is absolutely mad to me, my email is literally on the account. I cannot wait until my contract is up. its bad enough I'm stuck in a contract with their TV service that keeps freezing.52Views0likes1CommentTELUS Rewards Tier level is incorrect - how to fix?
I have 4 accounts | 7 services connected: Mobility (5 subscribers), Fibre Internet, Wi-Fi and Home Security, but when I enter to TELUS Rewards I see that I'm a Silver Tier only which includes only 1 Home Security account/service, despite the fact that all accounts are linked to my TELUS profile, visible, accessible, good standing, etc. So, the question is: how to fix it that all my services/accounts will be added to the same TELUS Rewards profile and it will be advanced to the Diamond Tier with all applicable attributes, rewards and points collection? Hi all, I am having trouble claiming the Oura ring offer. Although it states 50% off Oura ring, when I go to claim the offer, I am given $40 off, which is quite a big difference compared to 50%.
