Telus bill
I have had a smart hub and had pre authorized payments come out of my credit card .I had lost my card got a new one ..once I called TELUS they couldn’t find me in the system or account number I have recieved no emails or letters in mail ..I am stuck with this bill I like to pay as it come to my credit history please help

Seems unusual that billing can't find your information in the system. If you have the account number I don't see why they can't track this down. I would give billing another try at 1-888-811-2323.

How do you know that there is a bill to pay? The account number should be with that information.
