Streaming question

I am streaming with my TELUS app, I was getting certain channels for about 3 months, now that channel is showing locked.

when I scan the QR code it say to change my subscription for BC, AB and QC only 

i live in Ontario, how do I go about getting this channel back?

it’s a news channel CP 24

im using Chrome Cast, do I need to buy something else?  I’ve tried calling Telus a few times and the reps don’t seem to know
