Returning Optik TV
I signed up for a home internet package that came with the optik tv but decided to cancel that plan and go with a cheaper one instead. I was supposed to receive an email from Telus customer support with the mailing address for this optik tv box I have now but they never ended up sending me the email. Does anyone know the address I need to send this box to? I need to return it before I get billed.

My experience, you need their tracking number for returns. Don't blind return and expect to get credit.
Check your spam too. Call again and get a new one sent.
