New Optik TV turns on but won't get plus Telus+ Screen
When I use my remote to turn on my Optik TV android box and LG TV, the TV turns on and the screen comes up with Telus+ but just hangs there. None of the buttons on the Telus remote do anything, and I have to unplug the power from the box and plug it back in to get it to load.
It's done this since I got the box a couple weeks ago and is extremely annoying. Any time I want to watch something I have to unplug/plug in the power to the box, making it very inconvenient.
Does anyone have any insight on what I can do to fix this?

There have been some reported issues with power cords that may be related to your problem.

Tech support says it was probably the power supply so they sent a new TV Mini which doesn't even work. Every time I change channels I get this screen
this is getting really frustrating
