Unable to login to Telus connect app in iOS

Hello I’m having issues logging into the Telus connect app I’m trying to set up a booster for my apartment but I need this app to do it and all it’s saying when I try to login in is “Unable to log into this app with you mytelus account settings”

the weird thing is I’m able to sign into the Mytelus app so I know there’s nothing wrong with my information.
