Telus Bring it Back
Sent my bring it back phone in the beginning of January. Confirmed it arrived. Still do not have a credit on my bill for the returned phone. Getting really frustrated!!!

Keep getting told someone will contact me and give my a credit on my account but I have yet to get a call. I’m getting very frustrated
Sent this phone back in January and still have not gotten a credit for it!!! Telus stole it from me!!! I either want the phone back or a credit on my account!!!! I’m not happy!!!!
