stream plus

hello .... 

i had susbscibed to telus stream+ and apple tv + , i canceled the service before the month finish and when i opened my telus acount i saw on my receipts the TELUS Stream Plus and Apple TV+ purchase total and after 2 days of canceling i saw negative balance ( $-31.62 ) stream plus and ( $-10.53 ) telus Subscription on the same Payment method . can i know what that mean please . thank you
