Request Mobility Service Improvements

Hi folks,

Wondering if there is a place or method for requesting service improvements. I regularly ride the West Coast Express (Vancouver’s budget GO Train) into Vancouver, and there is a big dead zone along Burrard Inlet (Port Moody into Burnaby). Given that there can be service issues with the train and people need to call families, having such a dead zone is super frustrating.
