Mobility Online Order
I ordered a new phone on Friday and got order number email. When I checked the # this morning it says no order found. Should I worry.

- Telus has CHECK ORDER STATUS website.
However, in my experience, it never works and always shows NO ORDER NUMBER FOUND.
Now, the only thing you can do is just waiting.
Usually, if the is item is in stock, they are gonna ship the item within 1 - 2 days. And you would receive shipping confirmation email with tracking number.
However, if the item is temporarily out of stock, completey different story... You have to wait at least 5 - 7 business days or couple of weeks - NFtoBC

I’d wait until time has passed to allow the shipping firm to receive the phone.
