Mobility Billing Issues

At least 3 Telus representatives told me I wouldn't have to pay a connection fee switching to a new plan. The reason I was given is because I've been with Telus for a long time. This month the connection fee appeared. At least 3 Telus representatives told me 60GB of data was included with my monthly plan. 60GB equals 60000MB. I only used a few MB data and they gave me a $50 data charge. I was also told my plan came with 60 minutes a month of talk time with the USA. I did make a couple very short calls to stores in the USA. Hopefully I wasn't overcharged for a few minutes calls. I wonder if other people are told to expect one thing and get surprise on their bill.
