Increasing data plan

Hi! Sorry if this was the wrong forum. But I have a question. I currently have a hub and a data plan of 250 Gb which I want to increase to 500 GBs. Do I need to wait till April 5 ( the last day before it resets) to change my plan? I tried changing on the app and it either crashes or tells me to wait till April 5. I’ll be working at home more bc of Covid- 19 and don’t want to miss my chance of changing my plan. Thank for any help!
