Escalation

I need help. I have called multiple times, been promised things will get fixed and they never do. Ask for call backs and manager calls back and never receive. Customer service has been abysmal. Please help me fix my issue or I will be leaving Telus. I am being charged for 2 lines (I only have one phone) and I have been promised a plan since November that has never been applied. I am accruing charges for both lines, and I am now being charged interest.This has to stop. How poorly is this company run? FIX MY ISSUES NOW PLEASE.

    I have had a similar experience. How can I reach Top Level Care?

      Please do not send me to Loyalty and Retention, please have Top Level Care contact me. This issue has been ongoing for months and needs to be corrected or I will move onto filing complaints with CCTS and CRTC. Thank you.
