Bring It Back Early
I'm a current Telus Mobility customer, and my 2-year Bring It Back period ends on March 1, 2025. If I want to upgrade my device before then, can I simply bring my phone back to the store, pay the remaining balance, and start a new term? Or are there any penalties for upgrading early?

Hi DanDuivel You can upgrade at anytime. If you want to renew early, you will pay the device balance on your next bill and if you return your device in-store then that's all you will pay
