I never heard from anyone when the agent logged a ticket months ago. No message left. I guess no one cares to fix considering the no contact, numerous complaints from various people and the length of time this has been a known issues. Yes I have the latest version of the app. What about the 2 factor authentication issue? My online profile says it is disabled but I still get sent an email when I want to log into the TELUS web on a desktop. Called into the call centre and they removed my online profile a couple of times. I set up a new online account, try to log in then get prompted for the security code that has been sent to my email. Check my profile and it says "2 Factor authentication is Disabled" then asked to send a screen shot because they don't believe me. Running around in circles with tech support which just does the same troubleshooting with no result. Who do I contact to get this fixed???1.3KViews0likes0CommentsMy TELUS App Issues!!
What have you done to the my TELUS app. I am on the app trying to view my mobility bill and 1. I am redirected to My TELUS Web (with a not "Let's redirect you for a better experience and access to all features, manage this account on My TELUS web") I click on the redirect button and all I can access is a breakdown of charges without taxes. I cannot view the PDF version of the bill. I can access menus, but when I click on the selections nothing happens. Tried again later and now I receive a message "Sorry, we are experiencing trouble connecting to the service at this time. Please try again later." What are you doing over there? This is in addition to the ongoing issue with not being able to access my Call Control List and the fact that the 2 factor authentication is messed up. Same problem for me too. Both Mobility and Home phone no option to manage the call control settings. So far i have been on the phone for over 2 hours with technical support who could provide not provide any support. Honestly, they did not know what they were doing at all to the point that they were contradicting themselves. Then I asked to have my call escalated. Escalations has made no progress at either. I did all the typical troubleshooting steps. Log out of the account. Check call control via the app and via a desktop. Sent screenshots of what I saw. Agent deleted the call control. I added it back; still same result, except that I have no call control list since the agent removed the feature. No one at technical support or escalations seems to be aware that has been an issue for a month now. Agent said they are going to send an email and report it with technical support, who clearly know this is an issue. I let the escalations agent know that I had visited this forum, and the issue has been ongoing for a month and is not a single user issue.5.7KViews1like2Comments
