Hello ohohzaximo They probably only order once a month or twice a month with the total of orders they get from customers. I ordered mine mid June and got it beggining of September. Apple is also having a huge backlog with their orders of the IPad Pro too. Hello CJR That is correct HOWEVER if you replaced the phone from Apple since they most like do all repairs and replacements, Telus can not deny the bring it back. The OP can contact Telus if they and speak to a manager and explain what happened. It's good to see BB getting back in the game. BBM was the true cellphone messanger before Apple and such. BlackBerry has done alot with QNX and other inside technology they have. They just need to bring their game up with this phone. It has a keyboard which is great. Needs to have better camera, internals and able to compete with either Samsung, Apple or Huawei. We shall see. Unfortunately the only way to get someone to reply back from the Webstore is by calling into Telus and having a manager send off a memo to the department to contact you. Hey guys! So it's 5:50PM Friday and to my surprise? UPS knocked on my door ( thankfully I was home) and my iPad came! I guess Telus did us all good by shipping them as quick as they could! However disappointed that I never got a email to let me know it shipped and on the order status page it still shows its in progress. So guessing they just started to ship them all with only a few getting emails and everyone else just having them delivered like a gift! Haha. Enjoy everyone who got it!16KViews0likes0Comments
