Yeah. I spoke with them yesterday. They said that they did, indeed, get a shipment in on the 6th, but they were fulfilling them based on who ordered first. I ordered June 12 and apparently I wasn't one of the lucky ones. They offered to put a rush on my order since apparently they are getting another shipment in on the 27th. I told them to cancel my order. I ended up just purchasing a used 3rd gen locally. I'm not going to wait anymore and I need one for work so I'm ok with the 3rd gen. I also spoke with a rep this morning. He said that they received the shipment and is just now waiting for the carrier to pick it up for shipping to customers. He also told me 3-5 business days from today, confidently adding, is when I should be getting the device. He literally said this week "for sure." I ordered June 12 and got an email a few days later saying that it won't be available until July 6. I guess my order was on hold and I needed to contact them to say I still wanted it and was willing to wait. After I did, my order status showed "order approved."18KViews0likes1Comment
