Why am I being charged $175 for a supposed missing appointment? I attempted at the end of June to move my services from one address to the next, but was unable to accomplish this. Noticed another email from Telus asking me to return equipment. I've already done this via dropping off my packaged box at a Canada post office few months back, with the relevant shipping label and the package going to Richmond, BC. It's 2024 Telus. Why on earth can I not use my Visa debit card to top up my mobility account online. It is a huge inconvenience to have to go to a Telus store every few months to accomplish this task.
