When the TV is on the HDMI1 what do you see on the screen?
My TV searches automaticaly for a live input when there is no signal. Recently it would say no internet, so the tuner was broadcasting but with no internet, no signal, then internet connected after I cycled it as you back to HDMI1. I have been saying I suspect hardware problem with these tuners as that would explain the inability of Telus techs to fix simple problems they have fixed in the past.
