Since the last update with bulk deletion available for recordings (which is very much appreciated), this has been bothering me every time I use the function.
It is not normal that a BA would decide to name a function for deleting bulk recordings on the platform, "Delete series" (on the TelusTV-21T platform).
Really?
Actually, no-one in the development chain should be let off the hook for this.
This should have been flagged early when walking through the requirements (backlog story) and if missed there, the last gate for quality, Test , should have flagged this as terrible/confusing terminology for the function. This truly does demonstrate why there are so many issues and badly designed features on this platform.
How about getting your development staff (or development partner) to put in some effort and work as a Team, rather than following the requirements blindly.
