We have had this telus optic tv one week. Have had problems from the get go.
1) The recordings seem to work now that we subscribe to the service. But when we try & delete a recording after watching the window options don't pop up ie: play, delete, delete series. In order for this to pop up we have to shut down the whole thing & then turn it back on . Then it will work. We have to do this numerous times.
2) when we turn the tv on in morning there is no sound .no audio on anything including netflix
Again I have to unplug the whole unit from its power source.
We are very disappointed with Telus services. Never get to speak to an English speaking person. Never recieved a call back on the scheduled time,. For the amount of $ customers pay, we shouldn't have enough to trouble shoot the issue telus has. I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
