Missing survivor and amazing race episodes

Hello,
There are missing episodes of survivor and amazing race on TELUS TV. They both aired a day ago and are still not available despite saying they would be available today. Please fix this as we are paying for this service. It is survivor season 45 episode ten and amazing race season 35 episode 10
